Erlebnis-Reich and Mehr-Wert – experience – discover – reflect – transfer – experiential education and cooperation

In cooperation with the youth hostels in Bispingen and Bad Fallingbostel, for example, we offer two three-day programs for school classes.
The Erlebnis-Reich program is aimed at school classes from 5th to 7th grade. Each individual pupil’s teamwork skills are put to the test in a fun and action-packed way. The basics of communication and cooperation are taught, thus strengthening the cohesion of the class.

The Mehr-Wert program is aimed at school classes from Year 8 onwards. Experiencing teamwork, reflecting on team skills, developing personality in and through the team, expanding methodological skills, living out social skills, accepting and overcoming challenges and pushing boundaries are the contents of this class trip.

Bookings are made directly through the youth hostel.
The price for the “Erlebnis-Reich” or “Mehr-Wert” program includes a needs assessment, an individually tailored program by arrangement and accommodation and meals at the youth hostel.

Other cooperation partners are the Schneverdingen vacation village on the Pietzmoor and the Ehrhorn youth forest home.

School sports regulations

Each federal state has its own rules and regulations for visiting high ropes courses and climbing parks as well as for participating in adventure education programs and courses. Enclosed you will find the regulations for Lower Saxony. We have developed a small guide for you for orientation purposes. You can find it in our download area. If you have decided on one of our offers, we have also drawn up a checklist for the organizational process. This can also be found in the download area.

RdErl. d. MK of 1.10.2011 – 34.6 – 52 100/1 – VORIS 22410 ?reference: ?RdErl. “Qualifications for climbing in school sports” of 30.5.2006 (SVBl. p. 249), last amended by RdErl. of 24.8.2010 (SVBl. p. 428) – VORIS 22410

When visiting a climbing adventure park, the circular decree of the MK “School trips” of 10.1.2006 (SVBl. p. 38), last amended by the circular decree of the MK of 1.8.2008 (SVBl. 245), must be observed. A qualification of the respective teacher in the above sense is not required if sufficiently qualified specialist staff is available. The teacher must ensure that the specialist staff are qualified before making use of the sports offer. Supervision and management tasks are assigned to the specialist staff.

5.2.3.6 Sporting opportunities and adventure areas with professional organizers as part of a school trip. The regulations for school sports must also be observed when pupils participate in sporting opportunities and adventure areas offered by professional organizers during a school trip (e.g. high ropes course, …..). Each such project must be checked and approved as a school event by the school management.

If professional providers provide sufficiently qualified specialist staff, the teacher does not necessarily have to be sufficiently qualified in the relevant sport. The teacher must check the qualifications of the specialist staff before making use of the sports offer. The specialist staff may be assigned supervisory duties. The general duty of supervision of the school and the responsible teacher in accordance with § 62 NSchG remains unaffected by this.
