Because there is nothing better than climbing, we have been supporting young climbers in northern Germany since November. We are one of the sponsors of the DAV’s regional base in Hamburg. 30 children have made it into the Hamburg squad – and we are delighted to be able to accompany them on their way to the top.
The new competition season is just starting. For nine of the athletes
will take part in the German Youth Cups with two bouldering, two speed and two lead competitions, where they will try to become German Youth Champions.
For the Youth A from the competition group, the qualification for the German Championships in bouldering, lead and speed are also on the agenda. Of course we are keeping our fingers crossed for them.
And for the younger ones, the Kids Cups, the North German Youth Championships and the Junior Jam are back in full swing.
After the outstanding end to the season at the North German Youth Bouldering Championships, where the kids took home more medals than ever before, we are already looking forward to the new season and hope that they will once again make it onto the podium. Our fingers are crossed!
